Hunter’s Latino Health Fellowship Initiative is excited to be hosting the second annual “Celebrating Latino Health and Culture!” event at the Brookdale campus on March 31st from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The event will include several community organizations hosting tables with student internship information. We will also have a book giveaway with author signing, a film screening, and food.
The Latino Health Fellowship Initiative seeks to reduce
health disparities affecting the Latino community in the US by advancing research,
informing relevant policies, and supporting the next generation of Latino
public health professionals. We connect graduate students to Latino
health-focused research and fieldwork opportunities and provide fellowship
support to Hunter College Masters of Public Health (MPH) students who are
interested in working on issues related to Latino health. Check out our website

for frequently-updated internship, job, and event postings. You can also find
